The hotel is located in a good area, not far from the old center of Istanbul. It's in the center of all the action, making it perfect for shopping and exploring the city. The staff are very helpful, especially Mr. Shoukrat, who gave me great advice on cheap transportation and even helped me wrap my luggage. The rooms, although in the basement and without windows, were clean and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast included had all the essentials for a normal breakfast, and it was a great way to start the day.

Staff very nice, helpful. Good hotel for the price. Free wifi, clean room, comfortable bed. Sufficient and tasty breakfast. Located where locals live, quiet and safe. Easy access to tourist places. Fast and great wifi. Feel welcomed and treated like home.
